1. Acceptance of Terms

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using bb44pa you agree to use the platform lawfully, responsibly, and in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;

bb44pa monitors platform activity continuously for prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, bb44pa may act immediately and without prior notice. Any winnings generated through prohibited conduct are void and will not be paid out.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the bb44pa platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of bb44pa or its licensed third-party game and content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bb44pa platform for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any content from the platform;
• Creating derivative works based on any platform content;
• Using any bb44pa brand names, logos, or trademarks without prior written consent;
• Using data mining, scraping, crawling, or similar data extraction tools on any part of the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.4 Maximum Liability
